Your team: five AI Employees

The five AI Employees, focusing one desk, huddles, hand-offs between them, and the Activity trail of what they did.

The AI Employees screen: 5 are hired for this business, every AI Employee here is included in your plan, with the Assistant, the Accountant, the Marketer, the Sales Rep and the Researcher.
Screenshots in this guide come from a demo account for an invented joinery, Hoffmann Tischlerei.

Lena Hoffmann runs Hoffmann Tischlerei, and five AI Employees do the desk work around her: the Assistant, the Accountant, the Marketer, the Sales Rep and the Researcher. This guide covers who they are, how you work with one or several at once, how they pass work to each other, and where to see what they did.

Your AI Employees

Each AI Employee has one job, and its own face under Your team on the left of every screen.

What it does
AssistantHandles mail and the calendar, and chases what needs chasing.
AccountantKeeps on top of invoices, vouchers and what the books say.
MarketerDrafts the posts, newsletters and offers that get the word out.
Sales RepPrepares quotes and follow-ups, and works through your leads with you.
ResearcherLooks into suppliers, competitors and the market, from what you give them or a page you name.

Manage beside Your team opens the AI Employees screen, where you hire and let go. Every AI Employee is included in the plan. The Assistant and the Accountant come with every account; the others can be hired, and letting one go keeps every conversation with them for when they come back.

The AI Employees screen: Your AI Employees, 5 are hired for this business. Every AI Employee here is included in your plan. Five cards: the Assistant, 1 follow-up open, and the Accountant, 3 receipts this month, 1 bill due, both marked Comes with every account; the Marketer, Nothing planned yet, the Sales Rep, 1 open lead, no quotes out, and the Researcher, No pages watched, 1 dossier, each marked Hired September 26 with Let go. Every card has Name and photo.

Name and photo gives an AI Employee a name, up to 40 characters, and a photo. The AI Employee introduces itself and signs with that name. The role always stays underneath the name.

Focus one desk

Press a face under Your team and the home screen becomes that AI Employee's desk: the command bar talks to them, the Today list shows their work, and the right column holds what belongs to their job. Press the face again, or Home, to see everyone.

The Accountant focused: a header reading The Accountant, Keeps on top of invoices, vouchers and what the books say, with Call, Calm view and Show everyone. The command bar reads Tell the Accountant what should get done. A line says 3 other things wait for you, with the rest of the team. Three cards recorded on their own, Aral Tankstelle 88.50, BAUHAUS 58.80 and Würth 105.70, each with Undo. On the right, From your recent work with three suggested questions, and The books: 253.00 euros, 3 receipts in October 2026, Open Money, 1 bill to pay, VAT in Q4 2026, 2 receipts and invoices not recorded, and Record a receipt.

Each desk has its own panel (the Accountant's books, the Assistant's day, the Marketer's content, the Sales Rep's sales, the Researcher's watched pages), then your Standing orders for that AI Employee and the On their own dials. A line above the list keeps you honest about everybody else: "3 other things wait for you, with the rest of the team." What they know about the business covers standing orders; Work that runs without you covers the dials.

Huddle: several at once

Some questions belong to two jobs. Is the oak veneer wardrobe within the Krügers' budget, and does it still leave a margin? Open Huddle under the faces and press Start a huddle. Pick at least two AI Employees; the order you pick them in is the order they answer.

A huddle named Krüger wardrobe with the Sales Rep and the Accountant, both marked Answered. The Accountant's answer: the veneer option fits their budget but the margin can't be confirmed without job costs, profitability should be assessed against 6,670 euros net revenue including fitting, followed by what the costing needs to cover and the question Do you have a job-cost estimate for the veneer version? with a Check veneer margin button. The field reads Ask the Sales Rep and the Accountant together, with Attach and a ticked The Sales Rep sums up at the end.

They answer one after another, and each hears what the others said. With sums up at the end ticked, the first one closes with a summary, unless an answer ended with a question for you. Each AI Employee's part is also kept in your own conversation with them. Archive puts a finished huddle away.

When one passes work to another

Work often starts with one AI Employee and needs another. Lena was with the Accountant when she wanted DHL's parcel prices checked on the web, so she said the Researcher should look. The Accountant passed it on.

A thread with the Accountant, titled Researcher: on dhl.de, check what it costs to send a 5 kg parcel within Germany, and whether there's a cheaper option for an 8 kg one. The Accountant answers: I've passed this to the Researcher to check DHL's domestic 5 kg parcel price and the cheapest suitable option for an 8 kg parcel. Below, a card reads The Researcher is working, 6s, with the step Opening dhl.de.

The Researcher's work shows in the thread you asked in, step by step, and it works in the same browser. When it's done, the answer lands in that same thread.

The same thread later: under the Accountant, the line Answered by the Researcher, Open its thread, and the answer: DHL currently lists a 5 kg domestic parcel for 7.69 euros when bought online; for an 8 kg parcel, the cheaper suitable option is the 10 kg parcel at 10.49 euros, with the size limits, tracking and liability cover up to 500 euros, and the DHL price page as the source, checked today.

The Researcher keeps its own thread, titled "Passed on by the Accountant", one press away with Open its thread. The bell says "The Researcher has replied". What one AI Employee told the other is not shown; what you see is the request, the work and the answer.

Activity: what they did

Settings, Activity: "What your AI Employees did, line by line, and how it went."

Settings open on Activity: 150 things done, What your AI Employees got through in the last 30 days. 93 replies written, 7 conversations, 3 scheduled task runs. A Day by day bar chart from Sep 22 to Oct 21. Who did it: the Assistant, 89 things done, the Accountant, 41, and the Sales Rep, 9, each last active today.

The top shows the account's last thirty days: things done, replies written, conversations, scheduled task runs, a bar per day and a line per AI Employee. The screen counts work, not cost.

Below it, Line by line is the trail: one sentence per thing done, grouped by day, with the time, a word when it didn't go to plan (Failed, Declined, Expired) and a link to the thread. "Recorded 2 expenses", "Sent an email", "Asked the Researcher to take something on". The trail never shows what was written or sent.

Try it on your own business.
